Commitment to the installation of services
By completing this form, the co-owner confirms their intention to proceed with the installation of the selected services in their unit when the work is scheduled.
The new electronic lock system requires a Wi-Fi connection to function properly. Therefore, Wi-Fi service installation is mandatory for units wishing to use this lock system. By installing a lock, the co-owner and their guests will have a single code to enter to access the Johannsen building, parking area, and their unit.
Even if you don’t want to subscribe to the Wi-Fi service immediately, it is strongly recommended that you have the wiring installed during the current work. This will ensure your unit is ready for future service activation.
Please note that installing the wiring during subsequent work could result in significantly higher costs, as the work will then have to be carried out individually rather than as part of the overall project.
The co-owners have the option of having the required wiring installed now, even if they do not wish to subscribe to the Wi-Fi service immediately..
It will therefore be possible to subscribe to the Wi-Fi service later, when you deem it necessary.
However, we strongly recommend having the wiring installed during the initial installation period, as the installer is currently offering a group discount. Installations done later may be more expensive, as they will not benefit from this preferential rate.
It’s also important to note that the new smart lock can function without a Wi-Fi connection, but with some limitations. Without Wi-Fi, it won’t be possible to generate remote access codes or have a single code that allows entry to both the garage and the Johannsen. These features require an active Wi-Fi connection.
